L-TRYPTOPHAN
  read James South's tryptophan
article

This naturally occurring amino acid is part of the precursor of the brain neurotransmitter serotonin.

L-Tryptophan plays an important role in our diets and aging individuals are often in need of it as a supplement.

L-Tryptophan's uses include alleviating depression, alcohol withdrawal and as an aid to weight loss.

Dosages vary widely, from a general supplement at 250mg to 500mg daily, to treatment of severe depression and senile dementia at 1000mg to 2000mg daily.

Avoid its combination with other serotonin increasing agents such as 5-HTP or SSRI drugs, such as Prozac etc.

"Tryptophan is one of the eight essential amino-acids in the human diet"
James South MA, Oregon.

"Your tryptophan is the best I've tried, clearly it's top-quality."
I.P.S., Alabama.
